Guilduo is beta Human × AI work-management software with an RPG motivation layer. By using a deployed instance, you agree to use it lawfully and not to disrupt the service, access another user's data, abuse OAuth permissions, send malicious webhooks, or distribute content without the necessary rights.

Official Service Operator And Contact

The official Guilduo service is operated by Radon. Report bugs through Guilduo GitHub Issues. For individual inquiries or account/data deletion requests, email el2radon2official@gmail.com. Self-hosted instances are operated separately and must publish their own contact.

Accounts And Data

You are responsible for your Google account, tasks, profile content, invite links, external-service permissions, and backups. Do not place secrets in task text or public profile fields.

AI And Automation

MCP and agent assignments can create or change data. Review previews and confirmations. An AI assignee or handoffState: ready is organizational metadata and does not guarantee that an external agent received or completed work.

External Services

Google, Appwrite, Cloudflare, Notion, Toggl Focus, and other connected services are independent providers. Their availability, limits, and terms can change. Guilduo is not responsible for third-party outages or account actions. You are responsible for revoking or rotating a third-party personal API key at its provider when needed. Some integrations are Early Access; registering an Agent or assigning a Quest does not enable those services or start an external Agent automatically.

Beta Disclaimer

The software is provided without warranty under the GNU AGPL. It may contain bugs, lose availability, or change data formats. Keep backups before experimental sync, plugin, webhook, or AI operations. Guilduo is not medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.

An instance operator may suspend abusive access and should publish any additional local terms required for that deployment.
