Guilduo FAQ: AI execution, storage and approvals

Does registering an Agent start AI automatically?

No. Agent Registry records a display name, role, instructions and permissions. A connected client such as Codex or Claude supplies the model and work environment.

Setting a Quest to ready does not prove automatic delivery. After delegating Fix the description, read it in the client and verify the working transition and result.

Astra is a companion character, distinct from a registered Agent and the signed-in user. Use the Agents guide to check roles and connections.

Why did my completed Quest disappear?

A one-off To Do moves to Archive on completion and leaves Today. Check Archive first; archiving preserves history.

Dailies, Habits and recurring To Dos retain completion history and return for the next occurrence. Completing a child does not automatically complete its parent.

If it is still missing, check All, Backlog, filters and the signed-in account. Follow nextCursor when reading MCP lists.

Does a Human answer complete the original Quest?

A Human review response does not automatically complete the original Quest. The response is saved to a separate review Quest; accepting the Handoff and completing the original work are separate explicit actions.

For example, approving the mobile menu does not finish a source Quest that still requires a description change. The Agent must meet the remaining criteria first.

Opening a link, marking it seen or deferring it does not answer the request. The intended human must save an answer through Web authentication.

Can Guilduo automatically sync Google Calendar or Notion?

Published documentation marks Provider OAuth for Google Calendar, Google Tasks, Notion and Toggl as preparation. API or tool contracts alone do not establish live connections or automatic synchronization.

Do not send external service keys through an MCP chat. Verify connection state in the Web App and relevant read tools before use.

Where can I check paid plan prices and Credits?

These Docs do not publish unapproved plan prices or Credit allowances. Check approved, published sale terms before making a purchase.

How do MCP, Workflow Skills and plugins differ?

MCP connects tools, a Workflow Skill teaches the operating sequence and a plugin packages Skills or connection configuration. MCP alone does not load a Skill, and a Skill does not grant OAuth permissions.

The local Codex companion can add the Skill to an existing Guilduo App. Local installation is separate from directory publication and official review.

Are Guilduo and QuestForge different products?

Guilduo is the current public product name; QuestForge is the legacy name. Technical identifiers in connection settings retain the legacy name for compatibility.
